Manifesting differently in men and women, orgasm occurs through the combined action of sexual stimulation in both the brain and the body.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does orgasm occur?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Orgasm, which is of great importance for the mental and physical health of both men and women, is preceded by a period of pleasure lasting several minutes. During this process, involuntary and pleasurable contractions occur in the vagina or uterus, but orgasm can also occur without these contractions. During orgasm, contractions and spasms may be observed in different areas of the body, such as the abdomen, legs, back, and arms.<\/p>\n<p>Orgasm in women is mostly similar to that in men. A similar blood flow to that experienced during erection occurs in the vagina. There is clitoral erection and vaginal lubrication.
