Strenuous exercise should be stopped three months before starting treatment and avoided throughout the treatment process.

Since advanced age affects the chances of successful IVF treatment, the woman's age and the resulting lower egg retrieval are the most important factors influencing success. However, quitting smoking and alcohol, maintaining a healthy and balanced diet, and reducing psychological stress are also important details that affect the success of IVF treatment.
